One event day, one briefing call, and two to four hours of prep beforehand.

Registration & Check-in Lead1–2 neededGuest list management, Luma check-ins, badge and kit handout, walk-in handling.Community Engagement Facilitator1–2 neededRun live polls, prompt audience questions, facilitate small-group discussions, capture contrarian viewpoints.Content & Social Capture1 neededPhotos, reels and BTS clips, live-tweeting and story updates, quote capture from attendees.Logistics & Venue Support1–2 neededVenue setup and teardown, signage, seating, F&B coordination, AV and mic checks.Speaker & Guest Liaison1 neededSpeaker greet and green-room support, timing cues, handling speaker needs on-site.Data & Insights Support1 neededSurvey and polling data collection, sentiment notes, feeding raw data to the Insights Intern after the event.
