The same questions, in every room
One question set runs at all nine stops — live polls on the night, surveys before and after. Asking the same things in Jaipur and Bengaluru is what makes the answers comparable rather than anecdotal.

A snapshot within 48 hours
Each city gets a published one-pager: sentiment, the numbers, and the quotes that stuck. It goes out while the room still remembers saying it.

Nine snapshots become the Playbook
The snapshots consolidate into one document at the end of the circuit — where the money thinks it is going, what builders are actually shipping, and where those two disagree.
